This is the last and final part. We went up in Raleigh yesterday to see my aunt. Then we went to the Crabtree Valley Mall(I did not buy anything for myself) so we could get clothes for my aunt. What I wore will be located in my bed so bare with me not wearing it.

For good, Miley Cyrus is the inspiration HERE and the top is the MAIN focus for this inspiration. It’s been great this weekend. And we’re having a pizza party in our apartment. Blogging off, Desi

Weekend. Part 1

February 19, 2011 Leave a comment

Hey guys! I could not wait to hear from you from F/W Fashion Week. This weekend I have family over from New Jersey and going to see my aunt on tomorrow. Idk what I am wearing on Sunday, but it was supposed to be a little cooler. So here’s what I wore today. I look plain due to comfort and a little chic I felt today.

Jacket: JC Penney, Tank: Justice, Dolman Top: F21, Jeans: Justice, Shoes: Payless

This outfit reminds me of the minimalism trend and the rocker look. Extremely cool with a Greek twist. So far, I liked Miu Miu, Marc by Marc Jacobs, and Vera Wang’s spring collections. I hope to get the glitz of the F/W 2011. The WORST trends in my opinion are wide leg jeans, long skirts, and 20% of the loafer trend. I rather do the oxfords better due to fitting my quirky, eclectic style. P.S., don’t forget about the styling page. I am working to be a fashion stylist to raise money for my family so I got to do a new page.

School and Tights

Phew, this was a tough day. And loved it. I will say this again, I GO to a SCHOOL that REQUIRES a UNIFORM okay? Thank you for your confidence. What I wore to school is chic and can be very vintage. And they require navy knee highs and brown brouges. Plus a little pizazz to make it more modern. It was basically inspired by Teen Vogue, girl scouts, or 50’s school.

Polo: Walmart, Shorts: Gap Kids, Knee Highs: Ltd Too 2006?, Brogues(wingtips): Cato, Necklace: JC Penney, Watch: Aunt, White Bracelet: IDK, Shimmery Bangles: Rainbow, Headband & Pin: IDK*

*Trick: Before it was a flower headband itself, I found a just a plain headband, then added a pin to make myself more creative.

Oh and I will tag WeLoveColors which I know that sells hosiery. Some of you might know. I am looking forward to get me some tights from there.

Givenchy, Make More or Give Me The Chains!

Most fashion bloggers like probaly Tavi might have blogged about Givenchy collections, right? I really loved how they arranged the chains.

Chains and black? You’re one of my wonderful, creative, favorite designers in the world! I would wear this to a local fashion show and watch how they styled their fashions. I’d probally style their clothing if I wished for it. Very good to remind most of us to PUT ON 4 OR 5  OR MORE CHAINS AT ONCE! Can I get a whoo-whoo?

Speaking of whoo-whoo, let’s take a look at Given-chy’s Collection.

If you are wearing these dresses epecially the white ones, make sure you wear a slip under it. I want to see one of the dresses on a celeb for good. I love the white dress(the first one to your left <——) because I like how these  white bracelet thingies on both wrists. Can anyone wear colored tights for a pop of color and a colorful, chunky necklace. Duhduhduh you just got nerved! We probaly need a special treatment, especially us famous fashion bloggers. Applause.

Do You Really Need a Light Rainbow?

(all pictures courtesy of Forever 21 blog)

So yeah, I know most of my friends already, but I know how to work it out for you. Like Forever 21 is like OMG I gotta get this. This blog is about exaggerating fashion like pairing shoes and socks is a major trend. Then, there’s  a little thing that happens that is a little unusual about it so I want you all to look in the glass so you can see. I wish I was in New York so during when I am not busy, I could do a little watching at the fashion week runways (please see my first blog for more information). So here’s how this goes:

Meet the monsters. So you can get a night’s worst nightmare(I wouldn’t). I wanted to be in the dark playing haunted house. This is what the first one reminds me. Plus, love the dressses, ladies.

I am afraid of really bad weather. So get used to it babes, so we can get over it. This on reminds me of like cloudy with a chance of meatballs, thunderstorms, and 100% of showers don’t you think? Confidence, guys, confidence.

It’s just a blank canvas with a little black, and that’s all. I had to give thumbs up to the zebra not just for its beatiful pattern, but for its sweet colors, black and white. Just soft for its covers(no moss, please), Kevin.

Finally! My two colors, pink and blue! Just imagine My Little Pony, a toy that some of you want to exaggerate about. Whistler resembles this picture so its mane can go with this. So any other My Little Pony with pink and blue I could find?

Alice in Gardenland, right? So if the real Alice still lives here, she would give this a “thumbs up” for this esemble. I love pastels and so should you. I’m still on the camera problem, though. And green is one of the colors I love because who hates eco-friendly things if you would get a pastel green shirt? That’s a hard question, right?

The last and final one. That orange headband just pops that color, right? These are thoughts of mealtime-grilled chicken and salad with carrots on the side, and orange juice in the cream cup. Sounds like an entree, correctumondo? I still want an entree from Red Lobster!

This neutrality thingies get on my nerves (not litterally, properly!) so they can be the new rainbow. Today is Open House so I will rock the Forever 21 graphic tee. Since this is jibb season of the camera, I’ll show you what it looks like on the art browser on computer.

This is not what it exactly looks like, but it kinda looks like. it has tab sleeves, it is a shirt or tunic, kinda of a sharkbite bottom, and it adds a cute feminine twist to trousers(should be a must have to buy it after I used to dislike the look of it). Anyways, you can comment and tell what’s your favorite picture (make sure you would like to add a comment to the t-shirt picture and it is showing the picture part of the tee), which is the first 6 pictures from the beginning of this blog.
